Illusions

Time is an illusion
It seems linear
Deceptively, it caves in
It spreads out
It stops
It runs
It is different for you
It is different for me
Sitting across the table
In your lonliness, it stands still
In my happiness, it runs quickly
I remember the lingering moment
spent with you
an eternity for me
a second for you.
Illusion, time is indeed an illusion!
